Paula brings more than 13 years of experience across architecture, interior design and construction. Starting her career as an Architect before moving into Project Management, Paula brings a unique combination of design expertise, technical knowledge and project delivery experience to the team.

Throughout her career, Paula has worked across a diverse range of projects, spanning residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, historic, civic and cultural developments. She thrives on bringing people and disciplines together, navigating complex challenges and keeping projects moving from concept through to delivery.

With her architectural background, Paula has a strong understanding of how design decisions translate into the real world. She has a knack for bridging the gap between consultants, stakeholders and project teams, ensuring the bigger picture stays front of mind without losing sight of the detail.

One of Paula’s standout strengths is her design thinking. She naturally looks at a project from multiple perspectives, balancing the finer details with the overall vision and always looking for smart, practical solutions. Her collaborative and solutions-focused approach makes her a great fit for ED and the way we deliver projects.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys cooking, reading, attending concerts, exploring art galleries, and travelling.
