Situated within the newly constructed Bowen Precinct in Central Wellington, Simpson Grierson’s new Wellington Office was completed in 2023.

Egmont Dixon was tasked with managing this project from concept through to completion – and by working closely with both the design and contracting teams, the final result was a high-specification, and exceptionally well-coordinated project.

Despite being part of a newly constructed building, the integration of this 1200m2 fitout presented challenges across most facets of the project – however, the end result was proudly delivered in line with both cost and programme expectations
