A 1200sqm commercial premise which required strengthening, weathertightness remediation and full interior fitout.
Egmont Dixon was engaged to undertake a feasibility of the clients existing building and determine the benefit and value in the proposed improvements. Once this was agreed by Site Safe’s Board, Egmont Dixon was engaged to provide Client-side Project Manager and lead consultant services: managing the design, consenting, procurement of consultants and contractors and management of delivery.
