106 apartments across 13 storeys, Education House has been converted from a commercial office space into apartment living. The goal of the project was to help alleviate some pressures on inner-city living and draw professionals into the city in conjunction with WCC’s Te Kainga housing scheme.
Egmont Dixon managed the entire refurbishment process, including oversight of the new seismic strengthening scheme and fit-out design, construction management, and handover to the building end users.
