Shannon is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in diverse industries across Australia and New Zealand. Her portfolio includes successful management of projects in health, local council, education, government, commercial, and residential sectors.

Notably, Shannon led a $13M Surgical Services Expansion Project, overseeing a major refurbishment, fit-out, and seismic strengthening within a fully operational hospital surgical unit. She guided the project through design phases and successfully completed multiple construction stages, including complex crane lifts and night work.

Trained and registered as an Architect in NSW, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Newcastle, Australia. This architectural background enhances her project management skills and provides a unique perspective on delivering successful outcomes.
