Paul is a highly experienced property professional with a strong background in property, property development, and management. With over twenty years of experience derived from a legal and consultancy background, Paul has demonstrated expertise in the Māori business and Treaty sector, as well as in property and regulatory RMA space.

In his most recent role as General Manager, Paul showcased his exceptional leadership skills through the successful acquisition of several large-scale property development opportunities. His ability to identify and capitalise on such opportunities has been instrumental in driving growth and success.

Throughout his career, Paul has held various contracting and consulting roles, accumulating a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise. With his extensive background, he brings valuable insights and strategic guidance to our team. Paul's proficiency in project delivery and effective leadership makes him a valuable asset to our DM team.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and gained early experience working in law firms, further enhancing his understanding of legal aspects within the industry. His multidisciplinary background enables him to navigate complex challenges and deliver comprehensive solutions.
