Angela brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in Planning, Urban Design, and Architecture. As a Registered Architect, Urban Designer, and Development Consultant, she offers a unique combination of design leadership, development insight, and project management expertise, strengthening the way we approach complex projects.

A natural problem solver, Angela is highly skilled at navigating complexity and guiding teams toward clear, practical outcomes. She has extensive experience delivering residential, hospitality, and specialised accommodation projects, leading from feasibility and concept design through to completion, always aligning with client objectives, programme, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Angela is also highly experienced acting as Engineer’s Representative under NZS 3910:2013, with advanced capability in contract administration, procurement, stakeholder management, and construction delivery. Her collaborative and solutions-focused approach balances commercial outcomes, design quality, and technical compliance, while maintaining transparency and fairness in contractual roles.

Through her involvement in boards and business management, Angela brings a strong understanding of the political, strategic, and developer influences that shape projects. Her background across urban design and architecture also underpins a genuine commitment to incorporating mana whenua values into project processes.
