This original 4-storey 1959 Art-Deco icon situated in Lower Hutt required senstive seismic upgrade and fitout. Egmont Dixon provided the development and project management of this, turning it into a comtemporary 32 apartment block.
The project also involves liaising with an existing body corporate who occupy the ground floor.
