Will Broadmore

Project Director

Will is a highly experienced and accomplished project manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a proven track record in delivering complex and challenging projects, ranging from student accommodation conversions to large-scale commercial developments and infrastructure jobs.


Will's extensive experience includes 15 years at McKee Fehl/Cheops Holdings, where he served as a project manager and development manager. During his time there, he oversaw numerous projects, including student accommodation conversions of up to 390 rooms on The Terrace, strengthening projects including Press Hall on Willis St, and new builds such as the Singapore High Commission. Will's exceptional project management skills ensured that each project was delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


In addition to his work at McKee Fehl/Cheops Holdings, Will also spent three years in London working on large-scale commercial developments and infrastructure jobs, including the iconic St Pancras International rail station. His work in London involved managing projects with a cost of 100m-150m GBP, demonstrating his ability to manage complex and high-profile projects successfully.

After leaving McKee Fehl in 2017, Will has carried out two strengthening and conversion developments of heritage buildings on Cuba St, Wellington.

Will's educational background includes attending Victoria University of Wellington and Stockholm University, where he gained valuable knowledge and skills in construction and business management.

Will is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding projects. He brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and leadership to any project he undertakes, and his ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders ensures that he consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.


Currently Will is leading the Shelly Bay development as Project Director.
