Tim Bowden

Tim has close to a decade of experience in the commercial property sector working as both a portfolio manager and then a sales and leasing broker in the Wellington area. This has seen him work with a mixture of owner-occupiers through to institutional owners, developers and tenants.

His strengths are in his communication skills, ability to identify opportunities, and to strategically plan for long term results. With a background in town planning and surveying Tim is well placed to add value to his clients portfolios.
