Kayla Oughton

Kayla is an experienced project manager in commercial construction, holding a Bachelor of Building Science, majoring in Project Management and Environmental Science. 

She has a diverse background working from the subcontractor, builder and clients point of view in both Melbourne and Hawkes Bay, with projects ranging from $5m to $180m, including mansions to apple packhouses. 

Kayla has a passion for creating a change in the mental health, wellbeing and diversity in the construction industry (founder of One Tradie), and spends her time on site developing relationships and communication methods with teams involved to help with project delivery.
